Our “Share and Grow” initiative is a unique project conceived by U & I, to benefit the local nonprofit community. However due to insufficient funds or manpower their cause is not heard loud and through U&I’s Share and Grow initiative we collaborate with other service organizations to leverage the collective strengths, create a network and spread awareness to a wider community. The collaborations and partnerships developed through this initiative creates impactful Projects for our dedicated team, consisting of children, youth. U&I families may also participate in certain special projects of the network of non-profits.
